15 Habits and Decisions That Changed My Life
Habits Are The Rituals You Create to Restore Calm.To Your Life
1 Creating grocery lists for the week to create nourishing food. Seeing my grocery list also reminds me to stay on track with healthy choices. I am totally loving Pamela Anderson’s new cook book
2 Grocery delivery service. I use grocery delivery from several stores, it is a lifesaver for me and I am not tempted to buy potato chips or processed food. Maintaining a healthy shopping list is easier when you have it your account to refer to.
3 Buy Back Your Time! Hire Help and/or Change Your Schedule . As my schedule is usually planned around work 5 days a week, I needed to make more personal time to do “all the things I love” and go into my work week stress free and the weekend with more ease. I made the decision to hire a Cleaner for 1 monthly Friday cleaning to clean the large things I never have time to get to. I love cleaning, it calms me and it's important to go into the weekend with a sparkling clean home. That gives me more time for self-care is essential to my health and wellness goals.
I changed my schedule at work and it was the best decision ever! I am now off Sunday and Monday. I work Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm-8pm, Thursday & Friday 10-6 and Sat 10am-3pm
4 Schedule time to myself, alone time to reflect and plan my days, week, month and year. Early morning and before I go to bed works best for me.
5 Cleaning out my closet and planning my wardrobe choices for the longterm with great quality clothing that will last and are timeless. I love using Pinterest for this and it makes it so much more fun! You also realize that capsule wardrobes are so easy to create plus it spurs you to add accessories you might not otherwise do. I shop at several ladies clothing stores but my all time favourite is Laura at the Village Shopping Center.
6 Choosing to limit social media exclusively for work and 1 hour a week personally. This literally transformed my prespective on many things because I work uninterrupted now , I feel less stressed and more mindful.

13 Weekly Money meeting with myself. Since I have implemented this very necessary review of my money, it has grown substantially. Look at where your money is going, how it is working for you and reward yourself with something gorgeous or a little luxury you have been craving. Once I saw where everything is happening with my money my life changed for the better. This monthly excel planner is a bestseller on Etsy, work and play all in one spreadsheet! Beautiful!!!

15 Self-care Beauty Rituals
When you plan your grooming routines they become sacred elements of your life. If you don’t look after you, no one else is going to as good a job as you can. Monday is Mani day after I have my home sparkling clean, I love giving myself a manicure focusing on cuticles, buffing and polishing my nails then I follow up with a nail strengthener and top coat. Here is a link to this selfcare habit. I do exactly the same thing on Thursday, after work I do a facial cleansing, scrub and 2 masques, one to detox my skin and one to add moisture. The Sleep Masque is amazing and I mix up a custom clay masque depending on my skin’s needs and the face zones that need different clays. Then its massage time, eye cream, serum, moisturizer/night cream or Sleep Masque. Adding nutritional products like these gummies is always a good supplement to add to your self care plan for glowing skin and they are Canadian Made.
*This list will expand for me but you can start with making your own list with achievable habits like this in the short term. Respect yourself and your time because you are the CEO of your life!
