I worked with Battle Harbour Historic Trust to conceptualize and create the first off the grid spa in Canada.

This was an amazing project. I spent 9 weeks in BHHT over 3 years. It gave me such a feeling of peace and a true connection to my grandfather. My grandfather, Patrick Walsh fished on the Labrador and he would visit Battle Harbour many times. The Wash House was on the wharf it was a place where fishermen cleaned up when they arrived at the island. Knowing he was on the island and in the building that became Wash House Spa made the project so much more special and meaningful to me.
